Position: SDE2 at leading ecommerce

Technical Round 1
This was a code pair round where the interviewer from Atlassian and i coded for a question together. The question was similar to limit api request etc. Able to solve and test it within the time frame.

 

Technical Round 2
SImilar question to this https://leetcode.com/problems/online-election/ was asked. The interviewer started with basic requirement and then kept on icreasing the complexity. Was able to solve for it and provide optimised solution.

 

Design Round (3rd Interview)
This was a Design round and design question similar to Hashtag was asked.

 

Management Round (4th Interview)
This round is similar to Amazon Principles round. Scenario based questions were asked.

 

Values Interview (5th Round)
Atlassian has 5 values which you can find on their website. Questions were asked around that only.

 

I liked the interview process and i hope lot of other companies move to this. They try to see how you work in office environment and not too hooked up on DSA.
