Rounds:
Round 1. CodeSignal Test (1 hour test)
This was screening test. test had Leetcode Easy/Medium questions. Time was more than sufficient. I solved both questions in 30 minutes.
Round 2. Machine Coding Round (1 hour)
Problem was based on concurrency. Can't tell the exact problem, but its somewhat related to job scheduler. You need to explain your approach and code it in given time. Code should be demoable and should handle concurency and multithreadiing issues. My code was working with all edge cases passed. You can write code in your own IDE.
I would recommend to practice for this round as I feel this round is trickier than other rounds.
Round 3: Problem Solving (1 hour)
One coding question (Leetcode Hard) was asked. Problem was based on segment trees and I was not aware of the concept, so was not able to get to solution initilally, then got hints from interviewer and was able to write working code within time.
Note: Code is not cmpiled for this round and platform used was CodeSignal.
Round 4: System Design(1 hour)
I was asked to design a system to Facebook Messanger. Even though I was well prepared for this design, but faced few diffculties around interviwer's additional requirement and need to change schema a lot. Still I think, interviewer was satosfied with approach and design decision
Round 5: Hiring Manager(1 hour)
He asked all abput my current projects , its design , my role in that project along with some situational based questions. I was well prepared for these rounds, so was able to nailed it easily.
Round 6: Bar Raiser (1 hour)
This round as also simmilar to HM round, but Interviewer was going very deep into my current projects, after a lot discussion regarding design decisions of my current projects , he was quite impressed. No seperate design/PSDS questions were asked.
After 4 days , I was informed that its a Hire call and they would like to extend an offer.
I also gave interview at Google but was offered L3
