Chances are you will get projects,but most probably it will be support project

CTS:
There r high chances that u will get project after training

TCS:
In hand salary 22-24k and bond for 1 years
CTS:
In hand salary 31-33k and no bond

TCS:
Notice period :90 days
CTS:
Notice period:60 days

TCS:
It has more job security than others
CTS:
No job security,even 10+ years of experience is not enough

TCS:
Work environment
It have too much crowd
CTS:
Less crowd,good environment
