Currently I'm working in TCS, will it be better to leave TCS and switch to another company after 2 years?

If your priority is money then try for an on-site opportunity come back and switch to another company. If it is not and you are stuck in a profile which you do not enjoy then it will be better to switch. There are many examples where people have gone onsite came back and switched to another company. There are also many examples where people tried for onsite and got stuck in TCS forever. Not that its a bad company.But you need to check with your project manager and decide. If you are happy with your work and money then it's fine to stay in TCS as well.
