FIVE months, it's enough my friend. Just do your preparation in a smarter way.

What things, they really looking for?

Basic language skills (C/C++, Oops concepts, java, Sql, javascript, web designing like HTML5 and CSS3).
Advance topics ( data structures, design patterns, cloud concepts ).
Aptitude (logical skills).
Attitude and personality.
Communication skills.

Master in all these will led you to the better job offer.

Now considering you have FIVE months.

C/C++ - 7 days. Learn basic things and build programs based on that.
Oop concepts - 4 days.
Java - 20 days. Understand java concept in deep and learn to build programs on that. Programming practice is must. Sometimes interviewer asks to write programs in Java.
SQL - 15 days. Learn to build query, normalisation, query optimisation.
JavaScript - 5 days just learn basic stuff and concepts. You can prepare it from the web.
Html and css - 7 days. Best source is w3schools.
Data structures - 15 days. This is a very huge topic. Learn to build the algorithm. Searching and sorting algorithms, stack and queue concepts.
Design patterns - 3 days. Just learn basic design patterns, a structural design pattern is enough
Cloud concepts - 2 days. Just read the concept. How it works and what services are provided by the cloud.
Aptitude - 1 month. logical skills are very often asked in the interview as a filtering process. Learn basic maths, concepts. Refer RS Agrawal for that and complete it the whole.
Communication skills - all in 20 days. practice every day for 1 hour to speak fluent English without any hesitation. Practice in front of the mirror. It will give you the confidence booster.
Attitude and personality - 15 days, Started learning from web HR and GD questions. How to behave, how to answer tricky questions, how to dressed and how to act.

So you have now 0.5 months in spare. Make attractive Resume. Keep practicing and revise the topics.
