Morgan stanley these days is seriously low balling talented people from India .
And the interviewers are rude and ask impractical questions.
Also few of my friends who applied didn't get a response from the HR for over 3 months .
Also for one of my friend , even after solving the code optimally , the interviewer rejected him since the interviewer wanted exact same solution which he had in mind
They will squeze you out mentally and leave you exhausted at the end with a low offer.
Lot's of corporate politics and low monetary growth.
I was offered a manager position with 28 LPA fixed + 1 lakh joining (29 LPA CTC)
My existing package was 24 LPA fixed + 2 .2 LPA pf bonus (26.2LPA CTC) at a bigger IB in PUNE.
Total exp - 3.4 years
Even after making them understand I m due for my 2022 annual hike and. performance bonus in coming march 2023 and my ctc will be >= what you have offered then , how can I even switch for such a mere hike.
So after wasting around 3 months , tolerating rude and unethical hr behaviours, I rejected the stupid offer they gave me at the end.
Better to stay away from companies that lowball given the tech hiring scene in India.
