ON CAMPUS HIRING:
ROUND 1: ONLINE TEST

The test had about 30 mcqs covering all topics from C++ fundamentals to Python questions, debugging, database questions.
about 120 students were shortlisted for next round (onsite virtual interviews) over 6 tech roles , QAE, DE, SDET, SYSTEMS DE, PA
ALMOST 2 MONTHS HIRING PAUSED

Recieved no communication for almost two months after which we were unofficially informed that interviews would take place in three days
interview schedule was shared for half the students a night before and we were informed the rest of the students would recieve the schedule the next day at 9am.
We didn't, then we were told we would recieve it the next day, this went on for 10 days where instead of sharing schedule for interviews at 9am they would schedule them 30 mins before the actual interview
after 10 days of delay we were unoffically informed that they wouldn't hire for three roles anymore because they do not require more students
after two months of prep and missing classes because of the unorganized way interviews were being conducted I wasn't even scheduled for a round-1 interview while many candidates had completed the round -2 for the same role.
Even though Amazon is a dream company for all it had the worst managment of all companies that came for recruitment
almost 20 students didn't even get to interview once while the rest had done 2-3 rounds of interviews,
