When i called HR, she told me that my interviews went well and she scheduled a Team Matching Round.

- General questions on interests and what i have worked on etc.

 

After the team matching round, there is no response for 2 weeks. I called the HR and she said she will schedule another team matching round as the first team has different expectations on candidate(may be areas of work)

 

But not sure what happened after that, there was no reponse from HR for more than 2 weeks.
I followed up, and then the HR updated me that one of my interviewers changed the feedback from POSITIVE to NEGATIVE and I have to take one more round of Interview.

 

I took the interview and it went decent.

 

There was no reponse from HR again and when i called HR she told that its a reject and i have to apply after 1 year.

 

This is very bad interview experience i have at google. Until now I did not even get the Interview feedback as well even after asking for it several times via mail.
