The answer is of course YES. I am an intern here. It's been 4 months that I started working at Cisco Bangalore.

Here we have a perfect work-life balance. You can walk in to the office anytime and leave anytime, you won't be tracked for the number of hours you spend in office (but make sure you deliver the results). In case of emergencies you can take paid-time-off (PTO). You are allowed to work from home (there is no restriction, but again make sure to deliver the results). The senior grade employees are very friendly and the environment they build around is amazing. You are free to discuss any issue (office life or personal life) with your manager or even director.

We have team outings, team lunches (almost every month), Cisco Give-Back days where you are supposed to be part of any NGO and volunteer in helping them, Cisco Utsav where you can showcase your extra curricular talent, Data Innovation Fair, Technology booths and many more. You are encouraged to build your skills, learn new technologies, etc. So far it's been amazing and I hope it stays this way.
