Why do people say TCS Kolkata is a shady place to work? What makes it so? 2022

Worst depends on your expectation.If you don’t have any expectation from your life and want to be here just to secure a sum on month end.Then, it is good.Most of work in Kolkata is negligible. People don’t behave in professional and take casual.Office is always filled with sights of people watching movies, gossiping, searching for Amazon.Many people leave the work early. If you earnestly demand more work, you will overburdened with others petty works not adding to skill anything.

People have approach like Days come and goes, no need to pay more attention.Like jaisa chalta hai chalne do, approach.

You will get ample of time to pass here and there and finally will resign if have hopes for getting more skilled.One option is there to get transfer finally. But, that too depends on Manager’s release time line.

Note:-Some projects are good(but getting a chance is left for luck little bias to locals as every place is)
