What is the complete procedure of TCS from the offer letter to joining? 2022

The procedure of joining (read induction) varies depending on your experience and designation. I am writing the procedure for fresher Engineers.

Offer Letter: Offer letter is generated by the system; generally a day after the selection and it can be downloaded from the Campus Commune portal. A email is also sent to the respective email id of selected candidates.
Confirmation and choice of Work Locations: You will have to confirm that you are accepting the offer from TCS (you just have to click a "confirm button") and you will also have to give 3 of your preferred base(read Job) location.
Aspire: you will have to participate in the Aspire and language Lounge program. The Link for these will be provided to you via email. There are reading materials and quiz on the subjects relevant to your Fields. Based on your score in those quiz, the joining letter will be sent. People having high score are chosen first.
After receiving JL: After receiving the Joining letter, You will have to run to gather all documents mentioned in the "Joining Formalities" section of the Joining letter ;-)
