Only two people survive in TCS for 60 yrs..
Manager and Architect..
Choose your stream..
wannabe a manager, give CAT
wannabe an Architect, know everything..
learn OOPS and design patterns from right now..
your ratings depend mostly on the view/confidence of your manager rather what you do..so talk well and mix with people well..
develop some sense of humor and do lot of fun..
don't work for 12hrs and be left with little knowledge..
work for 9hrs and set 2hrs separately for learning..
aim is you should be able to run a project from scratch in 3yrs..
so instead of learning a webpage, learn what it takes to run a website..
