Inviting applications for the role of Sales Force Testing

When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to going live, it’s important to ensure that everything works according to specification. We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our elevated level of quality. QA tester will seek bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct End-to-End functional, Regression, UAT, and Integration testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases to ensure system reliability and functionality.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, automation, custom objects and Lightning components.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in defect management tool.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices, Salesforce release management, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, issues, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Effective team building and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications we seek in you!

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MTech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Software Testing

Preferred qualifications

  • Must have successfully tested Salesforce applications end-to-end across multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and other testing tools.
  • Strong expertise in manual testing of Salesforce Field Service applications.
  • Experience in testing Salesforce Lightning Experience, and Mobile versions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce testing best practices, data migration validation, and system integration testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to articulate test findings, risks, and recommendations clearly.
  • Extensive experience in Agile /V&V methodologies
