Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program and or post secondary or training experience with a focus on subjects in software development or other technical related field.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience coding in one or more of C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with some of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
- Experience with data structures or algorithms gathered from inside or outside of school or work (including open source hobby coding).
- Available to work full time for a minimum of 6 months outside of university term time.
- Ability communicate in English fluently to participate in complex technical discussions.

What You’ll Do
- You will code to TEST.
- Work with a team of enthusiastic ColdFusion engineers to propose new innovative features to propel the ColdFusion language and platform forward.
- Help certify new state-of-the-art ColdFusion features as they are being developed.
- Author and execute test plans.
- Build automation workflows for the features you test.
- Engage with the passionate ColdFusion community and ColdFusion customers to respond to and resolve user queries.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or higher
- Advanced coding experience in Java/ColdFusion
- Strong programming, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills
- Working experience in application servers (Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere etc.), web servers (IIS, Apache) & databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc.)
- Exposure to Windows and non-Windows platforms (such as Linux and Mac)
- In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright etc.)
- Able to chip in and innovate in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
