CTC : ₹14 LPA

BASE SALARY:  ₹13.5 LPA

BONUS AND OTHER BENEFITS: 50K approx Provident Fund and Gratuity deduction monthly, rest all in hand as no stocks or annual bonuses involved Standard perks, etc.

Brane did tiering in 2022 packages. I've got to know this Brane paid 12LPA to 18LPA for ASLs, like in good NITs like Warangal they paid 15LPA, in new and lower IITs paid same 15LPA as High NITs, then at mid or rising IITs paid 16.5 LPA CTC, and in good old IITs like BHU gave even higher CTC. Tier 3 didn't even get ASL they were hired as Process Leader whatever A PL or trainee APLT is and were paid 5 LPA to 9 LPA around max. Posting in public info. Please correct if any detail is wrong :(
