Introduction
To manage Execution Risk effectively, deliver on our Group strategy and satisfy all our stakeholders, we must deliver our initiatives consistently and transparently. The TRAC CCLT BA4 will be responsible for the regulatory deliveries as a full-stack Java Developer. A person would require to collaborate with Global teams, Stakeholders and RTB for various engagements on Requirements, Development and Support. The person will need to engage with other senior technical experts and collaborate on the right processes, tools, methods and skills to manage above mentioned areas.
What will you be doing?
As a part of the project candidate will need to engage with various Stakeholders, Business Users and Dev Leads based in India. The person will also interact heavily with the team in the US
The candidate will need to collaborate with different teams.
The candidate will be working as a Full stack Java Developer delivering Regulatory items for Pre Trade in TRAC and CCLT.
The candidate will also work on L3 Support, and Release management on a Rota basis, along with other Teammates. The person will collaborate with RTB for filling the knowledge gaps between BTB and RTB
The candidate will help RTB in DR activities in TRAC and CCLT.
Candidate, when on Support will need to make sure Unix Upgrades, Network Patches any remediation, happening which affects TRAC and CCLT are being highlighted to RTB to be taken care of in the required time.
The candidate would need to automate the manual items found during implementation or Support
The candidate would take part in evolving the processes further to enhance functionalities and gain performance
The candidate will work extensively on development to deliver Regulatory and business requirements in TRAC and CCLT

Skills That Will Help You In The Role
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, Multi-Threading Concepts, Spring Framework, Micro Services, SQL/NoSQL DBs, Caching, UNIX, Scripting, CI CD tools, Angular/React JS, SDLC, Agile methodologies
Expertise in Unix Commands, debugging Skills, Unix or other scripting, to build solutions for issue finding and solving the same
Expertise in Server management, DR activities, Release management activities, and Remediation tasks management.
Skills in analysing business processes, supporting trading applications and recommending improvements. Must be able to communicate effectively with business and IT; should have good presentation skills
Knowledge of Core Java, Unix Scripting, Spring, Caching, SQL/NoSQL DBs and Angular/React JS
Good analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple users and IT environments globally
Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to influence developers and stakeholders including those who are not in the same team
