Wipro wilp onboarding | Did not onboard elite turbo | Candidate Frustration

Question

It's already been 9 months since I have not been onboarded by wipro . Previously I got the joining date of 30th May 2022 so as per the date of joining I had left my previous job by serving the notice period but on 30th May I have not received any mail regarding joining and now it is February 2023, almost going to be a year.

 

 I had left my job to join Wipro and have many EMIs to pay and now I am bankrupt. please help me out. I have mailed to relevant mail addresses but not getting any satisfying response. For the last 9 months, I am getting a similar response quoting "We will hire you as per business requirement".

 

Now I found that new recruitment drive is going on for wipro wilp and they have not onboarded me since 9 months. What should I do?
