Purpose of your role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be required to develop software and create tools to automate our overall trading infrastructure by using software engineering principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our complex Linux computing systems in live trading environment
• Develop tools and systems which help monitor, diagnose and resolve production issues related to thousands of servers, colo/trading and data centers across the globe
• Optimizing our servers for low latency thereby ensuring our Linux infrastructure is fastest
• Improve reliability, quality and performance of our IT systems through automation, uplifts and continual improvement

Ideal candidate should have

• Engineering degree from top institutes in Computer Science(preferred) or any other discipline
• Good understanding of OS concepts and internal of Linux
• Strong knowledge of Shell/Python scripting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high priority projects
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies
• Excellent communication skills
