Cognizant fired innocent 15+ year experienced employee but court orders to give employee 50% extra salary and job back

TCS has delayed the onboarding of recent 2022 graduates for over 8 months now and the candidates are suffering a lot. Same has been done by other companies like Infosys + Wipro and other mass recruiters.
